Reflexology
A deeply relaxing pressure point foot massage which stimulates the body's own natural healing processes. This holistic treatment can also help boost energy levels and the immune system. A pleasurable relief to the feet after being cooped up in boots on the slopes all day.
Swedish Body Massage
The classic Swedish massage involves gentle to moderate pressure with long, relaxing strokes which relaxes tense muscles, increases range of motion, soothes the nervous system, reduces swelling and assists in the removal of toxins from the tissues. Very therapeutic as well as great for stress relief.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is defined as the art and science of
Indian Head Massage
A wonderful stress-relieving therapy that involves massage of the head, face, neck, shoulders, upper back and arms. This treatment is a safe and effective way to provide relief from the uncomfortable build-up of tension and stress symptoms whilst nourishing the hair, re-balancing the skin and giving a deep sense of calmness and tranquillity.
Balinese Massage
Originating from the Spice Islands of Indonesia, the 'Traditional Balinese Massage' is used to balance the body and restore vitality. An ancient deep tissue massage technique that forms an extension to Ayurvedic massage - a dynamic combination of acupressure, reflexology, stretching, deep tissue massage and fragrant essential oils to release areas of tense, knotted tissue and induce deep mental relaxation.
Table Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Massage or Thai bodywork is an ancient Buddhist healing art using the application of pressure on energy lines and points to unblock stagnant energy and restore balance to the body. Together with deep compressions and passive ‘yoga’ style stretches, the body experiences profound relaxation, increased flexibility, joint mobilisation and total re-vitalisation.
Table Thai Massage is a western adaptation of Traditional Thai Massage and is performed through loosely fitting clothing on the massage table.
Thai-Fusion Massage
A delicious fusion of traditional western style, oil-based massage and eastern, Thai style bodywork, including deep compressions and ‘yoga’
